Here, we aim to provide clear and concise answers to your shipping-related questions. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for you, from the moment you place an order to when it arrives at your door.

  • How long does it take to process and dispatch an order?
    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Please not that during peak periods like Black Friday or Christmas, processing times may be longer due to increased volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee our standard lead time when an order is placed during one of these periods.

  • What are the shipping costs?
    We offer FREE shipping for orders over $99.
    We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for orders that are less than $99.

  • How long does it take for delivery?
    The expected delivery time is 4 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that this is in addition to our processing time. During peak periods like Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be longer.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we ship to locations within the United States and Canada. For international orders, please email us at contact@swarri.com for information.

  • What about taxes/custom fees?
    Swarri will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws. In most cases, VAT and customs fees will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment. However, we still encourage checking the customs and VAT laws of your local region before making a purchase.

  • Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
    Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order on our website.

  • My order is missing, what should I do?
    In the unfortunate event that your order goes missing in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier.
    We will of course do everything we can to ensure this is handled quickly and efficiently for you. Please note we must be informed of your missing parcel within 14 days of making your purchase in order to complete an investigation.
    Courier investigations can take up to 5 working days to complete. If the courier cannot locate your parcel we will issue a replacement for you. In order to do so, we will send a Denial of Receipt Form and ask that you complete this before your replacement parcel can be dispatched.
    The Denial of Receipt Form is a requirement of the courier company, not ourselves, therefore we cannot send a replacement until this has been completed.
